You still have time to sign up for my wet felting class, being offered from 1-4pm Saturday, October 23! Learn how to make your very own felt objects! You will begin with learning the basics of fiber and the wet felting process, and quickly move on to make felted beads, felt fabric, create your own hand felted soap and a mini felted pumpkin! Learn how to revive old sweaters into felt fabric; also develop new ideas on how to use felt to create accessories, bags and more. *You will get wet! Please feel free to bring gloves if you have sensitivities to wool or soap.*

this topic reminds me of my thoughts on having a good atmosphere for creating and learning art- you have to be willing to put fears at the wayside, put forth a lot of energy and be willing to create tons of mistakes... to get that one glimpse of true creative brilliance! I designed this bookmark ten years ago, it still rings true to me, I keep them in my art books!
